We’d hate to see you go but we understand that there may come a point or time that you may need to cancel your Philly Fitness membership. Our cancellation process is very simple. If you do need to cancel your Philly Fitness membership you must do so in person at your Philly Fitness home location. Your home location would be the Philly Fitness that you signed up at. Once on site, please see a Philly Fitness staff member at the front desk. Your Philly Fitness membership will be canceled immediately and you will receive an email stating that your membership has been canceled. Philly Fitness does have a 30 day cancellation policy. Your access to the club will be revoked the day prior to what would have been your next billing date.
-
Your wellness is important to us. Your Philly Fitness membership may be frozen or put on a temporary hold, if you cannot use the club because of a temporary medical condition, military leave or student that is on break and lives out of the area. Please note that if your annual fee is scheduled to come out of your account within the freeze time frame that this transaction will still take place. If you need to freeze your Philly Fitness account you must do so in person. If you are freezing your membership due to medical or military leave you must have proper documentation. (Example; note from doctor or military leave papers.) Please note that if your annual fee is scheduled within the freeze time frame, that your account will still be charged the annual fee but all other billing will be frozen.
